From mobiles to Robots
This is amazing
You always wonder what is the next big thing.
I mean first it was these amazing devices called personal computers... which have become our personal companions.
I mean, when im bored... I don't turn on the TV anymore... I turn on my comp.
So, if you think of the mobile vis a vis the computer... it's a smaller better connected computer.
But if you think of a Robot, what you get is a machine which not only helps you out with mental exercises... but actual physical exercises as well.
A mechanic's typical question of "what do i do with a computer" is now answered!
Because he presently does all the physical jobs... as well as other mental jobs.
The robot then comes to handle only the physical jobs.. which are pre-programmed by the mechanic.
Ofcourse at this point the Three Laws of Robotics come into mind:

Ofcourse at this point the Three Laws of Robotics come into mind:
- A robot may not harm a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
- A robot must obey the orders given to it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
- A robot must protect its own existence, as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
