Doing what you love, means that you know what you want, the mission, and you figure out how to do it, the journey. 

The difference between someone who does work for remuneration and someone who does it for passion, is that interest to do it. 

The status quo is just a hurdle which needs to be jumped, aiming for the finish line and reaching it is the goal. 

If you love what you, it doesn't matter if you work in a startup or a company, the interest to get things done will see you through.
