Robotic Cleaners: Come a long way since 2010

 I first saw a robotic vacuum cleaner in India, in 2010, when I joined Burgeon Systems and started selling the Auto Clean Emperor.

Now the big question when you have a new product, is who do you target with this product.

The typical answer would be "Housewives". But after spending months in targeting housewives, attending kitty parties, organising demos around supermarkets, finding housewives who had more vacuum cleaners than family members, it became evidently clear, that the target market is the bachelor.

Because housewives want cleaning done their way.

A batchelor just wants the job done. He doesn't care how.

That's the difference between micromanaging and getting the job done.
