Why different types of contact?
Besides the fact, that it’s good to have a wide portfolio of messaging products, why do we need:
- MMS/SMS(For this argument, I am excluding the issue about the type of content)
- Instant Messaging
- Voice
My opinion?
It’s the level of privacy.
